NICOT holds end of year get together & Award Night

It was an electrifying moment among Nigerians resident in Turkey as they have held an end of year bash cum gala night.

Unlike before, the colourful event witnessed the presence of all the Members of the Nigerian Community Turkey, led by the ebullient President, Prince Emre Magboh.

This was held in commemoration of the year ending, 2022 for NICOT members, as well as avail them the opportunity to set new agendas for the year coming, 2023.

The occasion was tagged “NIGHT FOR NICOT PATRIOTS” held at the Taxim Hill Hotel In Istanbul-Turkey on the 3rd of December, 2022 with H.E Ambassador Ismaila Abba Yusuf represented by the Consular Immigration Education Nigerian Embassy, Ankara, Mr. Ado Yakasai and with other highly respected dignitaries in attendance.

Diaspora investment summit 2021

As we were earlier informed during our maiden meeting, our vice president, barrister Enifome Ubogu represented our community at the just concluded 2021 Nigerian Diaspora Investment summit held in Abuja , Nigeria on 16th November.

The vice president said that our participation in the summit is a credit to the community as some Governor, ministers and top rank officials of the federal republic of Nigeria were in attendance.

Bar. Enifome revealed that the organizers of the summit officially identified and inducted NICOT into the Diaspora commission.

He however stated that talks are ongoing for the host of the next summit to be held in Turkey. More details about the summit will be unveiled soon.
